Ms. Dionne Hall is the Director of the Counseling and Personal Development Center at Fayetteville State University. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Hampton University and her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Gallaudet University. With more than 28 years of experience in counseling and disability services, Ms. Hall has provided leadership in the delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services, the coordination of disability accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the development of collaborative teams that support student success. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and National Certified Counselor whose professional expertise centers on higher education counseling, disability services, and organizational leadership. Ms. Hall’s work reflects a commitment to advancing student well-being through effective clinical practice, program innovation, and institutional service. Beyond her professional life, Ms. Hall finds joy in being a proud mother and a devoted baseball mom, cheering on her son as he fulfills his dream of playing collegiate baseball. She is also deeply engaged in her community through her active membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, and she treasures the opportunity to travel around the world, learning from new cultures and experiences along the way.
