Achievers: Brown, Fritzen promoted at Public Works Commission

Fayetteville’s Public Works Commission has promoted Mark Brown and Susan Fritzen as chief officers. Brown has been named chief customer officer and Susan Fritzen, PMP has been named chief administrative officer. 
According to the PWC, the chief customer officer is a newly created position. Brown joined PWC as the senior customer programs officer in January 2013.
The chief administrative officer is also a newly created position. Fritzen joined PWC as the chief corporate services officer in August 2008.
