The Erwin and Dunn Area Chambers of Commerce and the Harnett County Small Business Center have put together a Small Biz Lunch and Learn event on July 13 for the business community of Harnett County.
The event will last from 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m. at the Currinton in downtown Dunn with special guest speaker Mike Collins.
During the event, Collins will speak on the importance of hiring and retaining employees. The key link between the employee, the organization and a strong connection is at the heart of retention, according to the press release.
The lunch will be sponsored by Broad Street Deli & Market.
The event is open to the public and free of cost. To register, visit here.
To wrap up the first day, attendees were able to meet up for a social event at the Brad Halling American Whiskey Ko. in Southern Pines where a $10,000 check was presented to the Joint Special Operations Foundation for their scholarship fund. Photo pr
