Fayetteville PWC champions local business growth at Fourth Annual Industry Day

The Fayetteville Public Works Commission (PWC) invites local business owners, entrepreneurs and industry professionals to attend its Fourth Annual Industry Day on Thursday, May 15, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the PWC Operations Complex, located at 955 Old Wilmington Road, Fayetteville, N.C.

This free, high impact event is designed to help small and diverse businesses connect directly with PWC staff, understand the utility’s procurement process, and explore contracting opportunities across a wide range of sectors, from construction to professional services, IT, marketing, janitorial services, landscaping, and more.

Whether you're a seasoned contractor or a new entrepreneur, this event will equip you
with insights on how to:

  • Position your business to win bids
  • Navigate PWC’s vendor process
  • Access economic inclusion opportunities with PWC
  • Build relationships with decision-makers

Attendees will learn how to position their businesses for success when bidding for contracts and discover how to navigate PWC’s vendor process. The event is designed to support economic inclusion and expand partnerships with historically underutilized businesses (HUBs), minority-owned, women-owned and veteran-owned enterprises.
