Sampson County Economic Development is proud to help promote the upcoming Spring 2026 Career Fair hosted by Sampson Community College. This an important opportunity for local employers to connect directly with students who will be entering the workforce.

With the completion of the college’s new Activity Center Multipurpose Room, this year’s Spring Career Fair will welcome all interested employers in a larger, updated space designed to enhance engagement between businesses, students, graduates, and community job seekers.

The fair will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Sampson Community College’s Activity Center Multipurpose Room.

Each registered employer will be provided with one table and chairs. Businesses are encouraged to bring additional displays, banners, promotional materials and information about current openings.

This event provides a strategic opportunity to:

  • Recruit qualified candidates for full-time, part-time, and internship positions
  • Promote your company and increase brand visibility in the community
  • Build relationships with students and future graduates
  • Strengthen your workforce pipeline in Sampson County

Sampson Community College continues to demonstrate its commitment to meeting regional workforce needs in a targeted and meaningful way. While previous events have focused on specific industries, the new facility now allows participation from all sectors — manufacturing, healthcare, agribusiness, public safety, logistics, education, construction and more.

For Sampson County employers, this fair represents more than a hiring event, it is an investment in the long-term economic vitality of our community.
