
Cumberland County has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking qualified real estate brokerage services to assist in the acquisition of property.
The selected real estate brokerage firm will work with the County to secure property, address unexpected issues as needed and work with the County Attorney’s office to facilitate one or more commercial real estate transactions.
Interested real estate brokerage firms must be duly licensed under the North Carolina Real Estate License Law (G.S. Chapter 93A) and comply with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s agency disclosure and representation rules. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, past experience, understanding of the project, adherence to proposal guidelines, cost and responses to specific vendor questions.
