One Real Estate Investment President, and CEO Jeronimo Hirschfeld, announced the groundbreaking of a 264-unit apartment community in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The One at Fayetteville, set to open this next summer in 2023, will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across multiple floor plan layouts that aim to elevate the Fayetteville living experience. By acquiring a construction loan from Truist and fostering a strategic partnership with a builder from North Carolina, the team is predicting the project to deliver in approximately 12 months.

“We are proud to announce the groundbreaking of the first development in the new strategy of ground-up garden style apartments throughout the southeast” stated Hirschfeld in a press release. “We have a lot of familiarity in the Fayetteville market currently owning over 1,000 units, and we are excited to add a new apartment community to Fayetteville to go alongside of our other investments in the area.”

The community will offer residents amenities such as a fitness and yoga studio, pool, multiple dog parks, pool cabana and sauna, and a state-of-the-art golf simulator. The property is situated outside the main gate for Fort Bragg and across the street from the new Amazon distribution center.
