The grand reopening of the Spears Restaurant is part of the U.S. Army’s Continuous Transformation Initiative. ATI is implemented to ensure the force remains the most lethal and ready land force in the world.
“The renovation of the Spears Restaurant Bistro and Kiosk is a critical part of modernizing our food service program and supporting our warfighters. This project required extensive coordination between our team, our contracting partners and equipment vendors to install the foundational infrastructure for new Bistro and Kiosk areas” shared LTC Aaron Ali Rogers the 264th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion commander during the ceremony. “I would like to give thanks to all of the external stakeholders that made this happen – a special thanks to the XVIII ABN Corps Food Service Team, Citizco Food service equipment, Achuti Electrical Prime, Fort Bragg MICC and the 406th Army Field Support Brigade for turning the idea of an enhanced on-post food option for Soldiers into reality.”

Gone are the days of traditional basic main line and grill stations.
