D.A. Davidson & Co. opening office in Fayetteville

D.A. Davidson & Co. recently announced the opening of a wealth management office in Fayetteville, North Carolina, welcoming a three-person team. The professionals bring extensive financial services experience to the firm, further strengthening its presence in the Southeast.

“I am pleased that D.A. Davidson is continuing its growth with the addition of Dries Wealth Management in Fayetteville,” said Michael Purpura, President of Wealth Management at D.A. Davidson, in a press release. “Adding another North Carolina location—our second of fiscal 2024—to our footprint, reaffirms our commitment to partnering with advisors across the country who embody the same client-first, advisor centric culture and values as our firm. We welcome the team and look forward to serving their clients.”

The Fayetteville office becomes the fifth in the state of North Carolina, along with Charlotte, Greensboro, Wilmington and Winston-Salem, all of which opened within the past two years.

Dries Wealth Management, Advisor with D.A. Davidson & Co., was previously affiliated with Truist, and includes:

  • David Dries, CRPC®, Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor. Dries has been a financial advisor for nearly 15 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a finance concentration from North Carolina State University and is a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM. He holds Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses and Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance Licenses.
