Construction on a new Home2 Suites on Ramsey street is in its final stretch. The project run by Pinkerton & Laws, is currently in its interior stage, including working on the interior guestroom finishes, MEP trim out, hard ceiling frames, and first floor communal areas and back of house areas.

When completed, this property will be a four (4) story hotel and will have 109 guest rooms built within a master development.

The hotel sits on two-acres of land, and construction is expected to wrap completely in early 2024.

This is Pinkerton & Laws’ third construction project in Fayetteville. Their two previous projects were for the same client who has seen great success running hotels in the Fayetteville area.
