All-New Wizard of Oz on Ice coming to GPAC April 30

Experience the enchantment of a classic tale brought to life like you’ve never seen it before with stunning choreography, vibrant costumes and state-of-the-art special effects. Your favorite characters are coming to the Givens Performing Arts Center (GPAC) at UNC Pembroke on April 30 for The Wizard of Oz on Ice.

The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from $36 to $45 for adults and $20 for children.

Featuring Olympic gold medalists and Cirque du Soleil skaters, The Wizard of Oz on Ice is a dazzling show for all ages. From the moment the curtain rises, the audience is transported to the whimsical world of Oz. But the magic doesn't stop there – The Wizard of Oz on Ice is an interactive experience, immersing the audience in a jaw-dropping adventure.

Join Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion as they glide across the stage on a magical journey through the Land of Oz. This reimagined show brings L. Frank Baum's timeless tale to life in an entirely new and exciting way. Whether you’re revisiting the story or discovering it for the first time, this is a show that promises to leave you amazed.
