There will be two sessions hosted during the event.

Attendees will gain practical advice on career growth, industry trends and strategies for long-term success, along with a Q&A.
The second session, “Next Gen Entrepreneur and Innovation Panel" will explore the intersection of entrepreneurship and innovation, featuring professionals who have built successful careers and businesses while driving industry change. Panelists will share their experiences in launching and scaling businesses, navigating challenges, and adapting to an evolving marketplace.

"This is a great opportunity for people to get the tools needed to continue growing professionally within the community,” Nathan Cuffee, chair of the advisory commission stated in a press release. “Next Gen minds bringing next level success!”

Those interested in attending are encouraged to register at FayettevilleNC.gov/FayNext.

The Fayetteville Woodpeckers are offering summit attendees one complimentary ticket to the baseball game on May 8, plus an exclusive discount on an additional ticket for a guest. Attendees can claim their ticket by checking-in at the event.

Whether young professionals are looking to launch a career, expand a business or connect with top professionals, the Next Gen Business Summit will provide the opportunity to network with professionals, business owners and like-minded peers.

The Fayetteville Next Advisory Commission was established to attract, retain and engage Fayetteville residents between the ages of 23 and 39. The commission is dedicated to improving the quality of life for young adults through targeted event programming and community outreach initiatives.
